For SaaS companies — commission is calculated on total licence value or number of user subscriptions closed. One-time or recurring deal value — agreed before engagement begins.
IT Services — fixed cost projects carry 8–10% commission on total deal value. Time and material projects carry 8–10% commission on first three months billing.
